Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition Feature Code Reference
Introduction
Feature codes are short dial sequences (usually starting with *) that trigger specific phone system functions from any extension. This guide lists the most commonly used feature codes on Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition with their default values.
Note: Feature codes can be customised by an admin at PBX Settings > Feature Codes. If a code below doesn't work on your system, check there for any changes.
Voicemail

Tips
- To see all feature codes and customise them, go to PBX Settings > Feature Codes in the admin portal.
- Feature codes work from any registered extension — desk phones, Linkus mobile, and Linkus Web.
- Some codes require the extension to be in an active call to function (e.g. transfer codes,
*1for recording).
Summary
Keep this reference handy. The most frequently used codes in day-to-day operation are *97 (voicemail), *74 (DND), ** + extension (call pickup), and *1 (on-demand recording).
